Stainless Steel Square Pipes are generally produced using grades like 304, 304L, 316, and 316L, with iron, 18–20% chromium, 8–12% nickel, and trace elements like carbon, manganese, and molybdenum (in 316 grades). The alloys have very good resistance to rust, oxidation, and chemical corrosion. Mechanical properties differ according to grade but generally consist of tensile strength between 500–620 MPa and yield strength of 200–300 MPa, with good elongation (up to 40%). The square cross-section provides structural strength, and the pipes are simple to weld, cut, and shape, so they are versatile for a wide variety of load-bearing and decorative purposes.
