CS Pipes are mostly made up of carbon, manganese, silicon, sulfur and phosphorus, with a different amount of carbon depending on the grade. The mechanical properties are high tensile strength, usually between 420 and 550 MPa, and yield strength between 250 and 450 MPa. These pipes possess superior weldability and ductility and are, therefore, applicable to high-pressure conditions. Carbon steel pipes physically possess good impact resistance, thermal conductivity, and moderate to high-temperature tolerance. They are best suited to convey fluids and gases across numerous industries due to their strength and durability.
