Titanium Seamless Tubing is generally manufactured from Grades 1, 2, and 5 titanium, made up mainly of 99%+ pure titanium in commercial grades, or alloyed with vanadium and aluminum in Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V). These tubes have very good mechanical properties, such as tensile strengths of 344 MPa in Grade 2 to 950 MPa in Grade 5, and yield strengths of up to 880 MPa. The superior corrosion resistance, low weight, and high strength-to-weight ratio of titanium make it the best choice for seamless tubing. It also offers superior fatigue resistance and performance at extreme temperatures, providing precision and strength in structural and high-pressure applications.
