Nickel Alloy Welded Tubing is usually made of a high nickel content (more than 60%) and other elements like chromium, molybdenum, iron, and cobalt, depending on the grade (e.g., Inconel, Monel, Hastelloy). These elements have outstanding resistance to oxidation, corrosion, and thermal degradation. Nickel alloy tubing is mechanically characterized by tensile strengths from 550 to more than 1000 MPa and superior fatigue and creep resistance at high temperatures.
