Super Duplex Steel Coil Tubing is produced from high-grade materials such as UNS S32750 and S32760 with a balanced chemical composition of around 25% chromium, 7% nickel, 4% molybdenum, and nitrogen. The two-phase (austenite-ferrite) microstructure provides good resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking. Mechanically, it exhibits high tensile strength up to 800 MPa, high fatigue resistance, and good ductility. Producible in continuous lengths of extended length without the need for welding, it provides improved reliability and consistent performance. The tubing resists high pressure and hostile environments and is particularly suited to extreme fluid handling and control applications.
