Super Duplex Steel Instrumentation Tubing is designed from high-tech stainless steel grades like UNS S32750 and S32760, which contain approximately 25% of chromium, 7% of nickel, 4% of molybdenum, and nitrogen for greater strength and corrosion resistance. This tubing has a two-phase microstructure of ferrite and austenite, which provides high mechanical properties like high tensile strength (up to 800 MPa), high fatigue resistance, and toughness. It is resistant to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking and is therefore suitable for aggressive conditions.
