CS A795 GR A Pipes are constructed of high-grade carbon steel, generally having up to 0.30% Carbon, 0.29-1.06% Manganese, 0.035% Phosphorus and 0.035% Sulfur. These pipes have very good mechanical properties, with a yield strength of at least 240 MPa and tensile strength of 415 MPa. The physical properties are very good corrosion resistance, weldability, and high durability. These pipes can handle moderate pressure and are best suited for fire protection systems, providing strength and reliability. With a melting point of 1425–1540°C, they can function well in harsh environments.
