Stainless Steel 405 Pipes are ferritic stainless steel pipes with a main composition of iron, chromium (11.5–14.5%), and trace amounts of aluminum (0.10–0.30%) to enhance oxidation resistance. SS 405 has moderate mechanical properties with tensile strength of about 450 MPa and yield strength of about 205 MPa.
