904L Stainless Steel Tubing is an austenitic stainless steel grade renowned for exceptional corrosion resistance thanks to its unique composition consisting of 19–23% chromium, 23–28% nickel, 4–5% molybdenum, and 1–2% copper. This blend improves its performance in acidic and chloride-containing environments. Mechanically, it provides a minimum tensile strength of 490 MPa, yield strength of 220 MPa, and elongation of approximately 35%, which offers great toughness and formability. These attributes make it well-suited for high-stress and high-temperature applications, retaining structural integrity and long-term reliability under adverse conditions.
