Stainless Steel 904L ERW Pipes consist of a high-alloy austenitic stainless steel with chromium (19–23%), nickel (23–28%), molybdenum (4–5%), and copper (1–2%) for improved corrosion resistance. The low carbon level (up to 0.02%) provides good weldability and intergranular corrosion resistance. The pipes have a tensile strength of approximately 490 MPa, yield strength of about 220 MPa, and good elongation, which makes them ideal for high-pressure applications. The ERW tube mill production process ensures uniform thickness of walls and high-quality, durable welds, offering improved mechanical strength and durability under corrosive and demanding operating environments.
