Stainless Steel 316Ti ERW Pipes are an austenitic chromium-nickel-molybdenum stainless steel stabilized with titanium. The general composition contains 16–18% chromium, 10–14% nickel, 2–3% molybdenum, and enough titanium content that ensures this alloy is free from sensitization. The alloy has better resistance to intergranular corrosion, particularly after welding or exposure at elevated temperatures for a long time. Mechanical properties of 316Ti ERW pipe consist of a tensile strength of around 550 MPa, yield strength of 240 MPa, and an elongation of about 40%. These properties, along with their high weldability and good structural integrity, render them appropriate for use in high-temperature and corrosive conditions.
