Stainless Steel 304L Seamless Tubing is an austenitic stainless steel containing chromium (18–20%), nickel (8–12%), and low carbon content (up to 0.03%). This low carbon content improves corrosion resistance, especially against intergranular corrosion following welding. The tubing is highly mechanical in strength, with a standard tensile strength of 485 MPa and yield strength of about 170 MPa. It also has superior ductility and impact properties even at sub-zero temperatures. Its seamless structure helps in having a uniform and strong tubing, which is suitable for corrosive and high-pressure conditions, while having excellent formability and weldability.
