Stainless Steel 310 and 310S Welded Pipes are austenitic stainless steels with a chemical composition of 24–26% chromium, 19–22% nickel, and low carbon content in 310S to improve weldability and minimize carbide precipitation. These welded pipes have very good mechanical properties, such as tensile strength of approximately 75 ksi, yield strength of about 30 ksi, and ductility. The welded shape provides cost-effectiveness with good corrosion and oxidation resistance. These materials are stable at high temperatures and are extensively applied in environments requiring uniform strength and corrosion protection for long-term thermal exposure.
