Stainless Steel 304H Welded Pipes are fabricated from high-carbon austenitic stainless steel with a typical composition of 18–20% chromium, 8–11% nickel, and 0.04–0.10% carbon for improved strength at higher temperatures. The pipes have good mechanical properties such as tensile strength of approximately 75 ksi, yield strength of about 30 ksi, and good creep resistance. Welded construction allows for cost-effectiveness and simplicity of fabrication along with good structure and corrosion resistance. Stainless Steel 304H welded pipes are particularly ideal for high-temperature applications where the strength and durability are essential across the board.
