Stainless Steel 316Ti Seamless Pipes are a superior variant of 316 stainless steel, stabilized by titanium (generally 0.5%) to avoid sensitization and enhance high-temperature strength. They contain 16–18% chromium, 10–14% nickel, and 2–3% molybdenum and provide superior corrosion and oxidation resistance. The material has remarkable mechanical properties, including a minimum tensile strength of 515 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and elongation of around 40%. These characteristics render 316Ti seamless pipes suitable for high-temperature uses while being formable, weldable, and resistant to intergranular corrosion.
