Stainless Steel 304H Seamless Pipes are high-carbon austenitic stainless steel pipes with a typical composition of 18–20% chromium and 8–11% nickel, in addition to higher carbon content (0.04–0.10%) that provides high-temperature strength. These tubes have good mechanical properties, such as tensile strength of about 75 ksi, yield strength of about 30 ksi, and ductility. Seamless construction promotes equal strength and leak resistance, and high carbon content ensures better creep resistance, for which 304H is appropriate in applications involving high temperatures when structural stability is essential.
