Stainless Steel 310H Instrumentation Tubing contains high nickel (19–22%) and chromium (24–26%) content along with a higher level of carbon compared to 310 and 310S grades. Due to higher carbon content, it has higher high-temperature strength and creep resistance. The tubing provides very good mechanical properties, such as tensile strength of approximately 520 MPa and yield strength of 205 MPa. Its austenitic microstructure is highly tough at cryogenic temperatures and retains durability and resistance to oxidation and thermal fatigue in elevated temperature conditions, which makes it suitable for severe industrial applications
