Stainless Steel 347/347H Heat Exchanger Tubing is a columbium-stabilized austenitic stainless steel with chromium (17–20%), nickel (9–13%), and columbium (niobium), which provides resistance to intergranular corrosion. 347H has increased carbon content, offering higher strength at high temperatures. These tubes have a tensile strength of around 515 MPa, yield strength of around 205 MPa, and elongation of 35%. Their high creep resistance, excellent weldability, and good thermal stability render them appropriate for applications in high-stress thermal systems, providing stable performance under severe conditions.
