Alloy Steel T92 Tubing consists chiefly of chromium (8-9%), molybdenum (0.85-1.05%), and tungsten (0.25-0.50%) and contains trace amounts of carbon, manganese, silicon, phosphorus, and sulfur. Such a composition is responsible for making it more resistant to high-temperature creep, oxidation, and corrosion. It has mechanical properties such as minimum tensile strength of 520 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and elongation of 20% or higher.
