Alloy Steel T5 Tubing has a main composition of chromium (4-6%) and molybdenum (0.45-0.65%), with minor contents of carbon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, and silicon. It has properties of increased strength, hardness, and resistance to high temperatures and oxidation. Its mechanical properties consist of a minimum tensile strength of 415 MPa, a minimum yield strength of 205 MPa, and a great elongation of 30% minimum. With good weldability and formability, Alloy Steel T5 Tubing is widely used in heat exchangers, boilers, and pressure vessels in high-temperature environments.
