Titanium Gr 4 Pipes are made up of around 99.2% titanium along with minute traces of elements such as iron, carbon, nitrogen, hydrogen, and oxygen. The grade is the most powerful one of the commercially pure titanium grades, with it having high resistance to corrosion, along with higher mechanical strength compared to the rest. It also has a tensile strength around 550 MPa (80,000 psi), yield strength around 483 MPa (70,000 psi), as well as decent ductility having an elongation around 15%. Despite its higher strength, it has good weldability and is ideal for high-pressure and high-stress requirements, and so it is perfect for industrial use.
