Monel Welded Tubing is made from a nickel-copper corrosion-resistant alloy that usually consists of approximately 63% nickel and 30% copper, together with small amounts of iron, manganese, and silicon. This makes it have good resistance to seawater, acids, and alkalis. The tubing has very good mechanical properties, such as high tensile strength, good ductility, and very good thermal conductivity. It can work well within a broad temperature range and also has resistance to stress-corrosion cracking and pitting. Welded Monel tubing provides uniform wall thickness and strength and is ideal for structural and high-pressure conditions without sacrificing integrity or performance.
