Made mostly of Nickel (42–46%), Chromium (19–23%), Iron and traces of Molybdenum, Titanium, and Copper, Incoloy Boiler Tubing offers superior high-temperature strength and corrosion resistance. Mechanically, it provides tensile strength of approximately 585 MPa and yield strength of about 240 MPa, with good elongation and creep resistance. Physically, it possesses a density of 8.1 g/cm³, a melting range of 1350–1400°C, and is stable under thermal stress. These characteristics make it suitable for boiler systems in aggressive, high-temperature, and high-pressure conditions.
