Incoloy 800, 800H, and 800HT Tubing are nickel-iron-chromium alloys meant for superior strength and resistance against oxidation at high temperatures. They normally contain 30–35% nickel, 19–23% chromium, and balanced iron, with the 800H and 800HT providing greater creep and stress rupture characteristics owing to controlled aluminum-titanium and carbon contents. The mechanical properties are a tensile strength of approximately 85 ksi, yield strength of 35 ksi, and high elongation. These characteristics possess superior metallurgical stability and resistance to carburization, oxidation, and corrosion at high temperatures in severe service conditions.
