CDS (Cold Drawn Seamless) Tubing is produced from high-quality carbon or alloy steel containing materials such as carbon (0.15–0.25%), manganese, silicon, and minute traces of sulfur and phosphorus. Its cold drawing enhances mechanical characteristics, offering superior dimensional precision, a smooth finish surface, and added strength. CDS tubing exhibits good tensile strength (up to 800 MPa), desirable yield strength, and improved hardness and fatigue resistance.
