A423 Grade 1 tube is made primarily of carbon steel, with material composition having carbon (0.18-0.30%), manganese (0.60-1.35%), phosphorus (max 0.035%), and sulfur (max 0.035%). The application of this grade is for use in high temperature, with the best strength along with corrosion resistance. The material shall have minimum tensile strength of 415 MPa and minimum yield strength of 205 MPa, with elongation of 30% or greater. The resistance of A423 GR 1 tubing to pressure and heat makes it highly suitable for use in boiler, heat exchanger, and other industrial high-pressure services
