Impex Tube India, established in Mumbai is a prominent industrial tubing solutions manufacturer and supplier of high-quality tubing solutions. For marine, oil & gas and petrochemical industries. The company provides Copper Nickel Instrumentation Tubing renowned for its superior corrosion resistance, durability and performance in hostile environments. Designed as round, square, or rectangle shape tubes, they are formed with higher grade copper-nickel alloy materials so that offshore, instrumentation, and seawater service is done effectively without reducing their strength or reliability.
Composed mostly of copper and nickel with 10% nickel and approximately 90% copper in a majority proportion and with additional strength and for corrosion resistance reasons traces of manganese and iron exist. It provides outstanding mechanical properties such as good tensile strength, high ductility, and toughness, and it is therefore appropriate for harsh environments. It is physically highly conductive to heat, has low magnetic permeability, and extremely resistant to biofouling and corrosion by seawater. These properties in combination render it appropriate for utilization in marine, offshore and industrial instrumentation systems where long-lasting performance is needed.
