Incoloy 800/800H/800HT Pipes are nickel-iron-chromium alloys with modifications designed for enhanced high-temperature strength. Their chemical composition normally consists of 30–35% nickel, 19–23% chromium, and the remainder iron with additions of titanium and aluminum for improved oxidation resistance. Incoloy 800H and 800HT have more carbon and controlled amounts of aluminum/titanium and thus have better creep and stress rupture strength. The pipes have tensile strength ranging up to 600 MPa, yield strength of about 300 MPa, and have good ductility. They are mechanically stable at high temperatures and hence ideal for high-temperature industrial environments that need durable, consistent performance.
